An engineer in a communications agency, does that surprise you? The one who dreamed of being an oceanographer found at Marsatwork a way to express her purpose: transforming companies to make their economic model compatible with today’s ecological and social issues.<\/p>\n

A childhood lulled by the stories of Commander Cousteau<\/a> and a course in engineering and law at the \u2019Institut sup\u00e9rieur de l\u2019environnement<\/a>, and here she is already embarked on the paths of sustainability. In 2007, HQE certification was a fashionable sector: Diane Renouard<\/a> launched into the sustainable and low-carbon design of buildings within the design and engineering office Oasiis<\/a>.<\/p>\n

From one design office to another up to the agency Even Conseil<\/a> (a company of the Citadia group), she refined her skills in low-carbon strategy and forged the following certainty: it is upstream of construction and development projects that everything is at stake and where it is necessary to intervene to move the lines.<\/p>\n

Affirming that “working as a team means having more weight in building society”, the meeting with Marsatwork was a must at the end of 2021. Seduced by the company’s project and the book devoted to the purpose that it had just published, Diane joined the agency in February 2022 with the intention of taking companies on the wrong track and being a force for proposals from their reflection phase. For her, it is about pointing out possible inconsistencies and developing the notion of acceptability by ensuring that projects are beautiful and useful, in dialogue with stakeholders, “so that everyone wins, and society above all”.<\/p>\n

At Marsatwork, Diane provides advice and analysis of externalities. She supports companies in their communication on their CSR approach, mission-driven company and their extra-financial report. Convinced of the urgency of inventing new economic models, Diane pushed Eiffage<\/a> to question its Mission-driven company<\/a> project on the occasion of the public service delegation project for 10 marinas in the Toulon harbor (we’ll tell you more about it very soon!)<\/p>\n
